Energy-efficient development
Spread across four levels, the development features void spaces to ensure the development is flooded with natural light, reducing energy consumption in public areas. Each floor features approximately 1.8 kilometres of corridor space, while 14 strategically placed elevators provide rapid access to the upper floors.
